CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS

In order to get the most out of your time in the gym we provide custom programming tailored to your specific needs. We start off by discussing your goals, your lifting experience and weekly time available. We can then look at either 4-week, 6-week or 12-week program blocks. More advanced lifters generally benefit from larger structured programs, where beginners can see strength increases almost immediately and start with short cycles.

Once we get you started, we will keep close contact on your progress and help with issues you may have with your workout sessions. We also monitor your sessions to see if there are any improvements we can make to your technique that will help you manage the weights better and improve muscle efficiency.
