PERSONAL TRAINING

For those of you that would like more guidance, or achieve the best results from 1-on-1 coaching, we offer the option of Personal Training. This allows us to track your progress, guide you on perfecting your movement patterns, and make adjustments to your program to suit any possible change in focus or available time you may have.

HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT

FOCUS ON SKILL AND FORM

Movement Academy’s gym features mostly bars, dumbbells, racks and platforms, as well as some cable machines. We want our clients to not only get fitter and stronger, but also develop movement skills that carry over to everyday life.

You won’t just look strong on a machine, you will actually be able to demonstrate your newfound strength wherever you go, and pursue a more active lifestyle.

INJURY RECOVERY & PREVENTION

When it comes to injuries, there isn’t much we haven’t seen. Back issues, knee pain, hip problems… our coaches will assess the nature and extent of your injury and create a training plan that not only aims to aid and speed up your recovery, but also prevents any recurring injuries in the future.

Our bodies aren’t meant to sit still, and this is a cause for many of our bodies ailments. Our coaches will make your body more bulletproof in dealing with your daily activities.

PERFORMANCE AND RESULTS DRIVEN

When you come to Movement Academy to train with one of our coaches, we don’t just want to entertain you for an hour. We want to make you stronger, fitter, faster, more flexible. The tailored training plans we create for our clients are designed to go up in intensity, allowing for recovery and outside factors of course.

If your goals include losing body fat, or gaining size, we can analyse your diet and make recommendations to help you achieve your dream body.

PERSONAL TRAINING OPTIONS

1-ON-1 or 2-on-1
TRAINING

Hour long sessions with our certified training staff will help you maximize your time in the gym and achieve the results you want and need. If you prefer to train with a friend or partner, we can also do 2-on-1 Personal Training.

 

PREFERENCES


We want to help you achieve your physical goals, and will tailor our programming to do just that. However, we also realise that working out needs to be enjoyable, so definitely let us know your training preferences.

Whether you prefer to train with a male or female coach, speak English, Cantonese or Mandarin, we will match you with the right coach.

Starting 800 HKD per Session

Personal training is open to both members and non-members. Our personal training sessions are sold in session packages that match your personal fitness goals. Please book a free assessment to meet our team!
