Personal Training
For those of you that would like more guidance, or achieve the best results from 1-on-1 coaching, we offer the option of Personal Training. This allows us to track your progress, guide you on perfecting your movement patterns, and make adjustments to your program to suit any possible change in focus or available time you may have.
Group Classes
Five different workouts, utilizing 3 different exercise levels to suit various experience levels, will create full body workouts, and allow you to progress steadily as you gain more confidence and experience in the key lifts. Push for more weight on the heavy days, and more reps on the volume days.
Facility
Our newly built facility is specifically designed to be as flexible as possible and allow for optimum strength and conditioning training. Olympic Weightlifting platforms, Deadlift platforms, lots of Squat Safety racks, benches, bars and free weights (dumbbells and kettlebells), as well as many accessories to accommodate your specific training program.
GYM WALK THROUGH
This video gives you an idea of the Movement Academy space, so you can start imagining yourself working out there. However, do come and check it out in person so you can try all the equipment and really get a feel for the place.
